Drop-off and Pick-up

Drop off

After you've registered to sell, you'll need to pick a time to drop off your items.  The appointment times help to keep the process moving and avoid bottle-necking.  Our volunteers will check you in and return any items that are not acceptable.  You will then put your own items on the sales floor.  If enough volunteers are available, we will assist in the process, but we don't promise it.  We cannot help you sort, price or tag your items at check-in.

The entire process will take a minimum of 30 minutes, depending on how many items you are bringing in.  We do provide a few rolling racks, carts and flatbeds to help you bring your items into the building.

First time consignors with us should bring a Self Addressed Stamped envelope to drop off.




Pick up:

Saturday 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

We begin sorting unsold merchandise at 1:00 pm on Saturday.  We make every effort to sort everything accurately, completely and double check it by 4:03 pm.  When you come for pick up please do the following:

Any items remaining at 5:31 pm will be donated immediately.  Because we partner with volunteers that work for the charitable groups that collect remaining items, we WILL NOT contact them for you to retrieve your items if you miss pick up.
